    Duration Product Used:6 months
    Price Paid: $240.00
    Purchased At:The House of BIkes
Strengths:I love the unlock/gate lever, good weight, SAG measurement in the shock and very rasoanable price. I bought the high volume version, it's very linear. After warranty devolution the shock is perfect, no more problems.
Weaknesses:The only problem that I had, the warranty correct it. They change the air valve that broke and the canister doesnt leak more air. No problems any more, I think I was the only one to have problems with this shock.
    Similar Products Used:Radium R, fox RP23, Fox vanilla R, swinger3
Bike Setup:Custom Prophet with Monarch 4.2, Vanilla 32 RLC 140mm, SRAM X9 and XT 08 cranks.
Bottom Line:After get a lot of problems with the shock, I send it back to the guys of House of Bikes, that send it back in a awesome time. After it, the shock is perfect and getting better all time. The gate lever works fine, the shock is very sensible and works fine for my ride style. I ride a Fox RP23 and I cant note a diference between them. But monarch is cheaper and have more plataform adjustments.

    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $100.00
Strengths:This is a Follow up to my previous reveiw see below:
Bottom Line:OK as per a follow up to my first review things didn't go well.

On the first ride out the damper in the shock went - so off to Sram it went. Got a new one and the difference is outstanding! It's even better.

When locked out the shock is very very hard - it only moves a few mm now instead of just being harder to compress. In the open setting it's sooo smooth it's fantastic!

Bit of a ball ache to have to get it fixed but at least Sram do this kinda thing unlike Fox!

    Date Reviewed: February 5, 2008
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $190.00
Strengths:Very sleek chasis, swivel valve is handy but moves about which is slightly annoying, platform dampening, light.
Weaknesses:Out of the box my shock had a fault with the air valve - shock wouldn't inflate. Quick swap and 2 minutes later it was fine. Slight inconvience.
Similar Products Used:Rockshox MC, Manitou Swinger 3 way
    Bike Setup:Doesn't matter
Bottom Line:Overall this is a fantastic shock. I had a slight problem with the air valve which was a bit of a PITA but it took 2 mins to sort.

The swivel air valve is fantastic - gives a nice slick look however it does move around whilst inflating which is slightly annoying but it's nothing to write home about.

AS for performance it is amazing. Without the platform it feels very very smooth - lovely action.

With the platform it still moves a bit - just enough to allow rear wheel traction which aids climbing etc.

    Definetly recommend one of these!!

Strengths:I love the unlock/gate lever, good weight, SAG measurement in the shock and very rasoanable price. I bought the high volume version, was very linear and works fine, for a little time....
Weaknesses:The canister loose in my third trail and lose all air. The shock never holds air and in 2 weeks the air valve (that's moveable) breaks. I live in Brazil and need to ship it to USA warranty devolution. The house of bike guys garantee that will change it for a new one. At least one month without a shock. When I receive the new one I will make another review.

Bike Setup:Custom Prophet with Radium R, vanilla 32 RLC 140mm, SRAM X9 and XT 08 cranks.
Bottom Line:My initial impression were just awesome, but in my second trail I fell that the shock was strange, he was losing air and in the end of the trail the canister got loose and all the air gone out. My mechanic rebuilt the shock and it stills losing air, but in the air valve. When I try to unmount it, its breaks on the base. Very fragile and poor built moving valve... 3 chilis for value because of price and potencial of the shock. 1 because of this buildings problems...
