Strengths:No processed sugar or chemicals and still good tasting -- low in sugars and full of healthful ingredients -- feel full after eating one -- convenient to carry -- don't fall apart -- I'm trying to lose weight and these help me feel satisfied without undermining me
Weaknesses:Somewhat expensive, but not more than the average energy bar -- a little hard to find
