Works best if you follow the label directions and apply 5 or 6 light coats (lube dries very fast, a couple of seconds is all it takes). One can has lasted me more than two years. Before I bought this I used to oil the pivots in my pedals to keep entry and exit consistent. The Schwinn lube is much better though, since it doesn't attract dust.
