Excellent everywhere you need a light grease... You may prefer a tougher grease for area like bottom braket (anti-seize there work well too)

Bottom Line:
This is an excelent product for bikes like mine; Old Proflex need a lot of lube in rear pivot, struts as well as the girving AL fork. Up to now I have been using this products with excelent results, I live in a tropical country, thus, rain is frequent even in dry season (just only two seasons Dry and Rain). I´m using it to lube rear MCU shock, pivot, struts, front MCU forck. and many other pieces like brake levers, brake pivots, etc.
