Duration Product Used:
1 Year
Price Paid:
$200.00
Purchased At:
Melbourne Bicycle Centre
Strengths:
It was one of the few "real" mountainbikes available for kids- very few in Aus with triple chainrings. Has not broken anything in 18months of riding.
Weaknesses:
Weight kids bikes always seem to be very heavy- I guess it's due to lower spec on parts Grip shift - Al of 24" bikes that I saw when looking had grip shift - he'll get used to that and then change over to rapifire and start learning all again
Bike Setup:
standard
Bottom Line:
This is a reasonable bike that I bought my son when he turned 7. He is tall so managed to skip from 16' straight to 24". Have done quite a few reasonable trails in the time since. Godd for boys at this age point although i don't know how long it will last once he gets a bit more agressive in his riding
