Cannondale makes crap
a
from LA, CA Date Reviewed: September 1, 2002 | | Duration Product Used: | 2 Years | | Strengths: | Umm... | | Weaknesses: | This is a Taiwan cookie-cutter produced product. ie: crap. There is nothing special about this hub in any way... except it has a 4-hole bolt pattern, so when you buy a non-Cannondale brake you have to buy a new hub or special order a rotor if its available. Crap I say! | | Similar Products Used: | Shaimano, Chris King | | Bottom Line: | Good to upgrade from. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

from philippines Date Reviewed: June 30, 2002 | | Favoriate Trail: | bukit timah | | Duration Product Used: | 2 Years | | Purchased At: | comes with the bike | | Strengths: | exclusive for x-country only | | Weaknesses: | 4-bolt pattern but not an issue | | Similar Products Used: | dt swiss hugi disc hub | | Bike Setup: | f700 | | Bottom Line: | this is a very simple and truly a x-country hub. maintenance will be inspect the bearings (cartridge). i've reviewed the rear hub and just read the rest. before servicing this hub, make sure you download the blueprint of this hub at the cannondale website. i've done this, if u'r going to replace the cartridge bearing. don't buy from cannondale. the kitlist indicates KB6200 and it will cost u more or less $15. u can buy this bearing at $2/ea. the actual bearing is = SKF 6200-2RS1. that's all folks. enjoy riding! | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
