Favorite Trail:no secrets and world cup
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $100.00
    Purchased At:came with bike
    Strengths:none.
Weaknesses:Terrible just like everything else that ac sells! The hub broke with around ten runs under it's belt. Just waiting for the front hub to break too.
    Similar Products Used:none
Bike Setup:Rotec, shiver, new chris king rear hub(smooth), e.t.c...
Bottom Line:If anyone is considering buying one or more of these pieces of rubbish, please don't. Better off buying a Huffy hub. My Ac cranks bent two weeks before the hub went. Customer service, if you can call it that, sucks. real rude tossers! It doesn't even deserve a rating and nore do the people who sell them. Pity you have to blame Rotec for everything, just admit you're ripping people off and not standing behind your inferior product.

    Favorite Trail:metabief
    Duration Product Used:6 months
    Purchased At:came w/ rotec
    Strengths:Seems to work
Weaknesses:Poor construction, really really sh!t attitudes
    Similar Products Used:Hope
Bike Setup:rotec, dorados, hope, etc... DH stuff basicly
Bottom Line:OK, the front hub seems to work alright, no complains there. The rear hub's axle sleve was really poorly machined, so when i put the 12mm axle in for the first time the axle jammed and seperating the two destroyed the sleve. I could forgive that, faulty batch, or last one on a friday or whatever.. but when i phoned up to BUY (bear in mind i wasn't even going to blag a free one, i was BUYING something!!) a replacement (pretty simple: "hi, can i have..., here is my Master card no and address") this was apparently too complicated to do over the phone so he (pretty rudely) told me it was rotecs fault for making oversized axles (BS, i measured the new one with a mic, 11.96, that should fit in a 12mm sleve perfect!! it aslo fit in my hope bulb no probs)and told me to e-mail him. i told him i had already, about a week ago, and asked how often he checked it. He sounded pretty pissed off and said every 5 mins....i couldn't be bothered to argue so e-mailed him again, that was 5 months ago, i haven't had a reply... what a wanker...

Luckily i had the facilities to machine a new sleve (that actualy worked!!!) but if some kiddie couldn't that would be a few £ down the bin!! So i would strongly recomend buying hope instead, sh!t hot products and when you phone with a problem, they aren't total wankers about it.

two chillies cuz i think that the product isn't *that* bad, just the guy's there.
