    Strengths:Strong, light, anodized
Similar Products Used:Kore Lite 3 straight bar
    Bike Setup:Motobecane Fantom, XT everything
Bottom Line:Great bar. I has just enough rise for an XC bike. It looks nice an has a wide grip for a technical riding. I put on a pair of Oury grips and have never thought about a different setup since.

Bottom Line:Just made the switch to risers and so far, I'm glad I picked the Kore Lites. So far, I've taken these bars on 4ft. drops without any problems. I will drop bigger when it gets warmer out so look for a follow up review. Did I mention that they look very sexy!

Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $20.00
    Purchased At:pricepoint
    Strengths:Great Bar, light, great setup.
Similar Products Used:Kore Lite 2, Ritchey WCS
Bike Setup:Giant NRS Air, XT, Velocty Synergy Rims laced to Velocity Disc Hubs, Kore bar, stem, post. Avid Mech.
Bottom Line:Great bar so far. NO complaints from this XC rider. This is geared to XC, so its pretty light, strong and rides great. This is my first riser, after switching form a kore lite 2 and onza bar ends, love the riser, very comfortable. Fits great. Will update in the spring, see if i run into any bending problems like below. Can't imagine i'd bend a bar without a fall though. I'm 170, so it'd be tough at my weight.

Submitted by Josh a Racer from Knoxville, TN
    Date Reviewed: July 14, 2002
    Duration Product Used:3 months
Strengths:I got it for cheap, nice wide bar for stability in technical riding. reasonably light
    Weaknesses:I bent it
    Bike Setup:Custom steel single speed
Bottom Line:I'm not a freerider and I way a fairly lean 170lbs. I've never bent a handlebar before and was very surprised when someone pointed out that my bar looked bent. Sure enough it is. I do some technical riding but no huge drops or anything. It's actually bent downward and slightl backward making me wonder if the torque I but on it trying to push my 32x16 up the mostly short but very steep hills here in East Tenn. fatiqued it.
