$50.00 | | Purchased At: | eBay | | Strengths: | very light, totally rigid yet dampens small vibrations | | Weaknesses: | not good for night rides!! | | Similar Products Used: | various aluminum bars | | Bike Setup: | full boinger with two wheels (rubber side down) | | Bottom Line: | this bar is GREAT for most rides. very light and rigid but smooth as silk. the only problem that I noticed is during my night rides; my bar mounted light system vibrates so much it's like trying to ride with a strobe light out front. damn near impossible to ride a fast technical, rocky downhill. This is because the carbon fiber absorbs the trail vibrations but you can see it being transmitted through the light at night.
