Date Reviewed: March 6, 2008
Duration Product Used:More than 3 years
Purchased At:the bike shop I worked in many moons ago
Strengths:Light weight, stiff enough not to flex excessively yet still compliant eough to be comfortable
Weaknesses:Thin wall thickness so easily crushed by bar ends
Bike Setup:Old school rigid steel Trek mtb, xt thumbies, bar ends, Middleburn RS7's, Goldtec hubs, RooX seatpin, the list goes on and on haha..
Bottom Line:Originally bought them as a replacement for my heavy old steel bars and don't regret it in any way..
Hed them since 1998-99 and they're still going strong.. I've given them the highest chilli ratings as although they were expensive in their day I'm still using them to this day, can't really get much better value than that..
