Strengths:
Low rise is a big improvement over my straight handle bar. It it a little long but it is nice because I like that it allows me to mount my Garmin eTrex, Cycle Computer and headlight with out getting too cluttered. It is extremely light weight.
Weaknesses:
A little long but could be cut down.
