Strengths:
Stiff, perfect length
Weaknesses:
not the lightest
Similar Products Used:
Answer pro taper, some Specialized Bars came on Big Hit (not bad, either), Koski bars came on Kona, Easton carbon fiber bars
Bike Setup:
Had them on a Kona Dawg and on Banshee Morphine at different times.
Bottom Line:
The only stem I have that fits these bars is an Easton Vice. I have never had them on any bike without that stem. The combination is so awesome. They are so stiff. The bar length, stem length, angle of turn in the bars - all are perfect. Sometimes I switch them for something else because the combination is a little heavy, and the bike is not the same. Maybe other 31.8 bars are just as good, some are certainly lighter, but this bar and stem combination is totally sweet.
