    Favoriate Trail:Hard core bliss
    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $12.00
    Purchased At:Bike Rack
Strengths:Very grippy, even in the wet with mud on you hands. looks awesome and tricks my friends that they are lock ons.
Weaknesses:Slip around a little bit, but thats because i ride through rivers and mud.
Similar Products Used:These are my second pair of grips. And they are far better than the stock grips that come on the giant yukon.
Bike Setup:Everything is upgraded to high quality stuff. except i broke my rear hub this afternoon, but i have shimano deore POS rims on it. Im probably going to get a hope pro race II. only things that are stock are handle bars, stem, seat post, and rear brake cable
Bottom Line:Really good grips, buy them.

Strengths:great grip, excellent feel and long life
Weaknesses:tricky to get on (but dont move one on so no problem really)
Similar Products Used:usual stock stuff from the shops - all were c*&p so ordered these from USA
Bottom Line:Man these are sweet! had them for 10 years (yep!) on a Proflex 856 that just died - the grips are still good, have kept soft and still grip. Going to buy lock-on Yeti's for my new MC San Andreas

    Strengths:Soft grip, looks nice
Weaknesses:Difficult to get on until you know what you're doing...
    Similar Products Used:Stock Specialized grips
    Bike Setup:Almost stock Specialized Hardrock
Bottom Line:Very comfortable grips that are much better than stock. Couldn't get them on without soaking the grips in alcohol and then quickly sliding them on. Now there is absolutely NO twisting on the bars. Overall very comfortable, and for the price they are hard to beat. I thought about the lock-on grips which are easier to install, but I'm happy with these.

    Favoriate Trail:Marin Trail
    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $23.00
    Purchased At:Ebay
Strengths:DOES NOT SLIP/ROTATE/CREEP AT ALL!!! Even when I try and move it!
    Weaknesses:Wears a little quickly.
Similar Products Used:Schwinn grips, some crappy grips.
Bike Setup:100mm XC bike, Deore/LX parts, 180mm Deore Hydro brakes, some nice parts.
Bottom Line:I ride at least a hour a day on average, usually with gloves, sometimes without, and these grips never let my hands slip. They are comfortable, and will not move a nanometer once they are on. I've had them on and off a few times too, to change/adjust brake and shifter levers, and they are a doddle to adjust. Did I mention, they will not move! They seem to be wearing, but I'm not that bothered, as you can get replacement grips minus the lock on bits for a few quidm which in my eyes is worth it for the performance! They cost a few more pennies, but these are the best grips you can get.

Bottom Line:The best grip out there they wear out somewhat faster than others but they give you the stickiest and softness you want for narly terrain. I have had others that last longer but it is at the expense of being harder rubber making them harder on the hands. If you are looking for a set of grips that is going to perform awesome for a reasonable amount of time get this you won't go back to anything else.

    Bike Setup:XC hardtail
Bottom Line:These grips were comfortable enough. They are a bit on the soft side and tend to squirm around a bit during steep climbs. Within a couple of rides they look really warn, and after a few months they looked more worn out thatn a set of grips that I've had on another bike for 5 years.

Unless you have to hace the Yeti logo on your bike, skip 'em.

Bike Setup:Shimano LX Decore break/shifters combo, Bontrager 660 Superstock handlebars, Funn Pedals, Specialized Mens comp Saddle, Yeti Hardcore Grips
Bottom Line:Great grips. With my Foxra Racing gloves, they are so comfortable, and feel like my hand is attatched to the grips. Without gloves, its murder. If your a glove wearer, i would recomend these..

Bonus: if you have grip shifters, and full size replacement grips dont fit, you can cut the ends off of these grips, and not deface the grips and they will fit perfectly.

Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Strengths:The clamp design is a neat idea. They're pretty grippy with or without gloves.
Weaknesses:Some people say they tore up their hands- I've never had that problem. They're too thin for my taste, and too hard, so they don't absorb shock well. People with big hands should look towards Oury or RaceFace to cover their bars. They can be finicky with trigger shifters- I run a riser bar and if the triggers are too far towards the bend in the bar, the triggers will hit the clamps.
Similar Products Used:Oury (still my favorite), Snafu, Serfas, a couple others
Bottom Line:If you don't mind feeling most of the vibration off the front wheel, or like a grip with a more responsive feel to it, these may be for you. I like something thicker and squishier for my big hands, so these aren't for me. They're mighty expensive, too.

Bottom Line:One of the best grips out there. I have been using them for awhile, and I always ride with gloves, but even so, these other people talking about them "ripping my hands up" need to stop using all that lotion on their mitts. Yes, it has square edges, but so do some nerf products, and the hardness is rather similar. Well worth the money, and they have survived repeated drops with ease.

Bike Setup:2000 Giant Rincon hardtail upgraded with RockShox JUDY XC fork and Pararacer Fire XC Pro tires
Bottom Line:Bought these when stock grips wore out. Easy installation except the Yeti bar end plugs were a real pain to insert. Seemed a tad to large of a diameter for my bars. I ended up using the original end plugs that came with the bike. Rode today for the first time without gloves and man, those grips tore up my hands! (That's what I get for forgetting the gloves at home). For those who always wear gloves, these grips are okay.

Bottom Line:The primary function of grips are to be comfortable and grippy under all conditions (with gloves on of course). I actually like the sticky compound and have grown so accustomed to it I don't use any other grips.

The soft compound along w/the sharp raised letters really
