      Date Reviewed: 5/10/2001 6:13:31 PM
      FavoriteTrail: Jordan Creek
      Duration Product Used: 1 Year
      Price Paid: $12
      Purchased At: Genesis
Strengths: Excellent grip, not too bulky. They don't slide on the bar when wet.
      Weaknesses: None
      Similar Products Tried: Coda weave
Bike Setup: Cannondale f800, LX/XT Drivetrain
Bottom Line: I bought these with the hope that they were going to provide more grip than the Coda weave grips. They did and I'm happy. End of story.

Submitted by Phil Esempio a Racer from Dresden, OH
      Date Reviewed: 1/28/2001 11:10:03 AM
      FavoriteTrail: Mt. Tom, Arcadia, RI
      Duration Product Used: 2 Years
      Price Paid: $12
Purchased At: Bike Doctor, Arnold, MD
Strengths: Great control, sticks well to bars, sharp colors.
Weaknesses: Little or no shock absorption.
Similar Products Tried: Pedro's Prayer Stix, ODI Lockjaws, Profile Dual Density
Bike Setup: Steel Hardtail w/flat bars and barends
Bottom Line: If you ride techical, East Coast trails, these grips are great. The rings act like little suction cups, giving you awesome bar control while keeping your hands relaxed. The only downside is, I ride these grips with a padded glove to take up some of the shock - they have little shock absorbing ability, which can be a good or a bad thing. These grips, while a bit pricy, have survived 2 years of rugged use - so from that point of view, they are a good deal. Also, they stick to aluminum bars better than any other besides Lockjaws - a little hairspray, and nothing knocks 'em loose. All in all, a great technical XC grip.

      Date Reviewed: 11/22/2000 3:00:18 AM
      Duration Product Used: 1 Year
      Price Paid: $10
      Purchased At: Innes Bicycles
Strengths: A very good grip, has survived numerous reinstallations without slipping all over the place. Harsh on the hands as I found out, good with gloves.
Bike Setup: GT, Zaskar, Psylo XC
Bottom Line: Good grips, just use it with gloves. Very tough, and dosen't start tearing like alot of the more gummy grips with repeated installation. Seemed expensive at first but is paying itself off already. Nice semi-transparent yellow colour too yeeehar
