$85.00 | | Purchased At: | Sunglass City | | Strengths: | Light, comfortable, good optics and excellent glare reduction, don't fog. Reasonably priced. | | Weaknesses: | Some back lighting reflections in certain circumstances
| | Similar Products Used: | Vuarnet, Hobie, Ray-Ban, Revo, Maui Jim | | Bottom Line: | Review is with the gray lenses that come with the slate frames-
Just picked up a pair of these and posting with my initial impressions. I'm a huge sunglass nut as my eyes are sensitive to bright light and glare but these are my 1st pair of polycarbonate glasses. I tried a pair (different brand) a few years ago but the optics were sub par and returned them. The reviews of various glasses here and the reviews of these glasses below compelled me to check em out.
I have a pretty big head, size 7.5 so most glasses don't fit, these are a great fit. They slide on snug but not tight. The bridge feels light as a feather but doesn't budge. The glasses cover well but have a very open feel to them. The optics are very good and glare reduction is excellent. These glasses don't fog on me. Sweat is pouring through my eyebrows, bouncing of my eyelashes and stinging my eyes...no fog!
The only negative I have to report is that there is some back lighting reflection in some conditions. I guess this is because of the open design of the frames that allow all the airflow, sometimes the sun will peek thru from behind you, but even when it does it's not bad . Small price to pay for glasses that don't fog, feel light as a feather, offer an awesome warranty and have great optics with polarized lenses!
Oh and Sunglass City thew in a hard case because Native only included one of those polishing cloth/ soft case ones...thanks SG City!

$85.00 | | Purchased At: | Sunglass City, San Anselmo | | Strengths: | Great fit, coverage, polarized(!), very easy to change lenses, don't fog | | Weaknesses: | None, but a little hard to find | | Similar Products Used: | Various Oakley, Rudy Project | | Bike Setup: | '03 Ellsworth Id | | Bottom Line: | Tried on lots of glasses, only a handful had a nose piece that really gripped. Add very tough, polarized grey lenses with excellent coverage and clarity, include very easy to change high contrast yellow lenses, great fog venting, and charge $90 for it all! Easily the best deal around (plus not everyone has them!)! It does seem that most retailers carry the other Native products, so you may have to look around. It is worth it! The first six chili value product! | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$90.00 | | Strengths: | ok people, here's a follow-up: some time ago i was riding to work, still sleepy, laptop in the backpack and all, and took a bad spill after bunny hopping. i flew over the bike, tried not to lock my arms so instead of breaking wrists and collar bone i split my chin to the bone and broke 2 teeth.
The Nano 2 i was wearing fell of my face when I hit the ground but didn't get a scratch!
It's just sad to think how much bike stuff i could get for the $$$ on dental work, these root canals and crowns aren't cheap at all | | Bottom Line: | ok people, here's a follow-up: some time ago i was riding to work, still sleepy, laptop in the backpack and all, and took a bad spill after bunny hopping. i flew over the bike, tried not to lock my arms so instead of breaking wrists and collar bone i split my chin to the bone and broke 2 teeth.
