Frames don't fold so storage gets to be a bit of an issue
Certain lenses don't snap into the frame. I was playing baseball in the outfield and I was running hard after a ball and the lenses just fell out. They've fallen out on some bumps on the trail as well. If you're into XC riding or spending hours on the more gentle trails you can't go wrong with these glasses.
If you're into downhill or hucking, I suggest wearing goggles if you aren't already. Sunglasses will move around your face more than goggles, but they are also lighter and won't fog. A lot of it comes down to personal preference so it's always best to try before you buy (if possible).
As with most Oakley's, the Pro M Frames will hurt your wallet. A pair will suck about $230 out of your pocket in Australia, so know what you're doing. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

Perfect fit, you just forget you're wearing them.
Lens colors work great: blue iridium works well in bright light but also on cloudy days, persimmon is great for riding at night and use indoors, but also works when the sun begins to shine.
Looks: after more than 10 years the m-frame shape is still 100% up-to-date.

Durability. | | Weaknesses: | One-piece frame is a royal pain - it's too big to store anywhere without a full-size Oakley Vault which is like carying a suitcase in your car. I wear a ball cap most of the time I am outside, and I wore these under my bike helmet too. The "O" logo on the sides of the frame was the painted-on type, and it wore thin after a couple of months. The interchangeable lenses capability is a very big plus. Get gray for sunny days, i.e. as regular sun glasses. Then, get amber/yellow for partly sunny or cloudy days. This makes a huge, beneficial difference in being able to see during the cloudy days. The amber/yellow lenses actually improve sight during those cloudy days. | | Weaknesses: | These are not low maintenance glasses. They scratch easily and come with their own cleaning cloth--the carry case for the lenses--and the micro-cloths can be purchased at any store. But, if you want glasses to stuff into your pocket after the ride, these probably aren't the glasses you want.

Incredibly the lens and top of the left frame was heavily scratched, but apart from that I was still able to see. I really doubt a different brand would have kept me from being blind. Though if u got the right face shape its a good design cos it doesnt touch your temples hence no sweat drips down on the lense and allows enough ventilation. The blue iridium lense is ok(good on very sunny days) though it tends to turn everything an orangy colour and gets way too dark towards late arvo. They're not good if riding through tree shadows or where there is a big contrast between light and dark.Im a roadie, so not much of a concern but if on the trail use yellow or VR50/25 lense tint. My jackets have black iridium lenses and they dont have this problem. Got some yellow lenses and they kick arse esp dawn and overcast rides, even got good glare protection when sunny.

Fake oakleys (hah, what a joke)Please don't even contimplate any fake oakleys | | Bottom Line: | Bottom line is that your going to read alot about broken glasses and fogging problems as well as sweat getting on the lenses.
To keep sweat off your lenses you have to have the perfect lense for your face, they're are four different shaped lenses for all size faces, along with inumerable lenses combinations.
Oakley does a great job on clarity, better than any other that I've ever seen. I have VR-28 (highly recommended lense) that all who buy the Pro M-frame should also get. I also have the clear lenses but regret getting it for the fact that the VR-28 is a light enough tint.
Oakley makes a tight fit and are not unbreakable but if you have a big head you have to be careful putting them on. Some people like to pull the earstems all the way out to put the glasses on their face and that will obviously break them. I have had a few crashes with them on my face and nothing has happened to mine. Great thing is that if you ever scratch a lenses you can buy another very easily.
And all glasses will fog. I have'nt had much trouble except for some minor fogging at the top of the lenses (only when stopped).
Oakley has a problem with painting their symbol on their glasses. It will fade. And very soon. Mine came 3/4 of the way off the day I bought it. You would think that they would want people to see their symbol and not sigh at the low paint quality.
Overall they are great glasses and they will stay on your face with the help of that unbelievable nose piece (that must be washed because of Corrosive sweat)
You will love these glasses and no, they are not bad looking, just a little practical compared to the Racing Jackets (which are not as good as the M-frames for riding, Racing Jackets tend to bounce alot)
Obviously mountain biking is an expensive sport and we pay high prices for our products so money shouldn't be a concern.

Now, I paid $100 for those and they snapped in half as I performed the rigourous torture test of putting them on my face. Now, I do have a 7 5/8 hat size, but who knew I'd be such a liability to such "high end" glasses. By way of contrast, I also have a pair of Maui Jims that I have broken six (6) times over seven (7) years and they have repaired or replaced each time charging me only for S&H to Peoria, IL. My mouth watered when I heard these were coming out. The only drawback to the Mumbo frame was a poor fit (not snug).
I was one of the first to have these frames. They broke within the first year and were replaced free of charge.
They fit very snuggly. Once they're on...they're not comin off. The rubber earpiece is a little too wide and they irritate my ears after a while but it's acceptable.
When I'm playing V-Ball on the beach they are awesome cause they fit so well. On the bike I like to remove them while climbing but have no where to put them. They don't fit in a jersey pocket and fall out of my helmet. I have to keep them on and sweat drips on them.
There is a new version of these which close. I would love to get those now but can't justify another $135 for another pair.
Here's a tip for those who break the frame and can't warrantee it. Take you're most popular lense and glue it in te frame permenantly. At least you can still use them with one lense. It's better than throwing them out. I have an old mumbo frame with a clear lense glue in it.
