$3.00 | | Purchased At: | Wal-Maet | | Strengths: | I like the tire levers... | | Weaknesses: | The weaknesses are that they don't hold...I tried to put three patches on a 3/8 of inch hole and it still didn't work. The outer portion of the patches seems not to adhere to the tube...I think there should be a stronger type of adhesive or whatever it takes, in order for them to be effective... | | Similar Products Used: | N/A | | Bike Setup: | N/A | | Bottom Line: | I've tried some of your other products and had no problems, but the patches needs some improving... | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$3.00 | | Purchased At: | Wally World | | Strengths: | They work. They come in a little box with 2 plastic levers and a scuffer (???). | | Weaknesses: | You won't get any trail cred for using these. | | Bottom Line: | All of my tubes have 2 of these patches each (yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm cheap. What can I say?). I pump my tires to 75 psi for road riding and 35-40 psi on the trails. I usually only lose 5 psi per 24 hours, but I check my pressure every time before a ride so it's not that big of a deal. Perhaps they're making these with a little more quality lately. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$2.00 | | Purchased At: | Gart Sports | | Strengths: | ??? What strengths? | | Weaknesses: | They don't stick... At all. | | Similar Products Used: | Saran Wrap | | Bottom Line: | These just didn't work at all. They were just clear sheets of plastic with a bit of sticky on the back side. You would be better off to buy a sticker out of a vending machine and try to fix your flat with that. I took them back, and got a refund, and the employees even said that these things were crap. I will newver buy anything from bell again. This was just appauling. These things definately deserve 0 flaming turds, but unluckily, that is not an option. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$3.00 | | Purchased At: | walmart | | Strengths: | NFG ! | | Weaknesses: | they simply don't work; puzzling why they're even on the market | | Similar Products Used: | other Bell patches, which work fine | | Bike Setup: | Raleigh SC 7- the best run-around there is | | Bottom Line: | I had forgotten about these rotten things until I happened on to this website. I wasa riding across town one day when the back tire went flat. I started to push, and a mile or so later I came upon a Walmart. OI wenr in looking for patches and these were all they had. I put one on the hole in the tube and as soon as I put air in it pulled right off. I tried a couple more with the same results. I took 'em back in and exchanged for a new tube that was way too narrow for my tire, but it did the job. These friggin' things are useless. I think they're really intended for beachballs and such, but I have my doubts there, too. My "kit" also came with tire spoons and a metal scuffing patch.
I wonder why ? | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$4.00 | | Purchased At: | Sports Authority | | Strengths: | The case will come in handy for something and it comes with tire levers also. | | Weaknesses: | Patches are completely worthless. | | Similar Products Used: | Skabs Pre-Glued Patches | | Bike Setup: | Specialized Rockhopper Comp | | Bottom Line: | If you make the mistake of buying these, keep the case, tire levers and the file but buy another set of patches and replace the ones from Bell.
In short, the patches stick about as well as a post-it note. I tried three patches and they never sealed at all. Went out and bought another brand and the difference was night and day. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$4.00 | | Purchased At: | Canadian tire | | Strengths: | They patch your tube. Came in a nice little case with tire levers. | | Weaknesses: | Not sure about the longevity of the patch. | | Similar Products Used: | none | | Bike Setup: | 2002 Giant Rainier | | Bottom Line: | I have had one on my back tube for about 200km worth of riding and it is still sealed. They are easy to use as well. I have used them on 2 other occasions, on other people's bikes and they were fine as well. No complaints here. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$3.00 | | Purchased At: | Walmart | | Strengths: | None | | Weaknesses: | They simply don't work. They'll stick to an uninflated tube, and blow off as soon as you add some pressure.
I bought the kit that came with tire levers, and the levers also didn't work. They bent. Sad. | | Similar Products Used: | Park. They better, but still not as good as the old fashioned glue-full patches I've used. | | Bike Setup: | Rockhopper, stock but for the seat. | | Bottom Line: | Buy something else. $3.00 | | Purchased At: | WalMart | | Strengths: | ***NONE*** OK, the 3 plastic tire levers included in the kit are tolerable, nested together, and lightweight. | | Weaknesses: | Totally worthless! Not suitable for use on rubber tubes. Might work on a vinyl blowup toy for a short time if it isn't touched or used. Should be removed from the bike section and relabled for plastic toys or removed from the market completely. | | Bottom Line: | Don't even THINK about using this on a bike tire! Deserves a rating of less than ZERO. To determine the "quality" of this product. check out the "scuffing pad" on the outside of the box. The callous on my big toe is rougher than that! | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$3.00 | | Purchased At: | walmart-first mistake!!!!! never again! what was i thinking???? stupid idiot!!!!! | | Strengths: | uh, someone has a job making them. that is good for unemployment rates. oh yeah, and i got some tire levers out of it. | | Weaknesses: | everything. first of all, every single one of these that i used failed. not one was able to hold air in the tire long enough for me to pump the tire up to proper pressure. the glue might as well be used on post-it notes. 3 dollars is too much to pay for something that doesn't do what is sez it does. | | Similar Products Used: | park glueless patches (haven't had to use them, as of writing this) | | Bike Setup: | 99 Trek 7000 | | Bottom Line: | a buddy of mine were out riding on this wierd trail near some train tracks out in BFE. boom! there goes my tire. fortunatly, i had a spare tube. not 10 minutes after we got going agian, boom! mu buddy gets a flat. unfortunatly, all i had left were these choad-smoking "patches" that resemble scotch tape, and work as well. needless to say, three in a row didn't hold. i am pissed off that we had to walk our bikes back to his house, 8 MILES AWAY. damn you Bell! damn you to hell! i wish i could give negative flamin' chillis! i would however, give a million flamin' turds. by this product if you are a hardcore choad-smoker and like to give people the impression taht you aren't retarded but really are for buying those patches!! | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

Looked like the glue came off just around the edge of the patch. But they come with three angled tire levers. Not bad for just 3 bucks. They're clear, too, so if your eyes are getting bad (like mine), they're a bit hard to see. | Overall Rating: |
