      FavoriteTrail: super secret
Duration Product Used: Less than 1 month
      Price Paid: $5500
      Purchased At: Mojo Wheels.
Strengths: Light, Low, flickable, decent stock parts spec, supple yet firm suspension, perfect for the racer!
Weaknesses: Somewhat lacking oem parts. Headset, bars, seat/post all need to be replaced off the bat.

Carbon can be an issue for some people. see review below.
Similar Products Tried: Previos DHi, Iron Horse SGS world cup, Sunday world cup, Foes DHS mono, Demo 7,8,9, 2nd gen V10, and a few more that I cant' remember.
Bike Setup: 2008 GT dhi Team, Boxxer World cup, DHX-Air, Xo Drivetrain, Saint cranks, CK headset, Sunline V1 bars / direct mount stem, XTR ti cassette, Specialized Pin'it umma gummy tires, Hope Moto V2 vented brakes, thompson post, ...the generic 'no expense spared' build.
Bottom Line: This bike rips. Being a single pivot lover who dabbled with linkage bikes for a while I must say this is by far my favorite of recent offerings for top manufacturers. The single pivot has amazing small bump absorption, gives the bike a playful feel, and with the I-drive system you get no pedal feedback and negligible chain growth.

The I-drive really makes a difference. It remedies two of the common issues with Single pivots. extreme chain growth, and pedal feedback. From what i've rode thus far rock gardens dont' phase this bike in the least. Just hop right through.

This bike is incredibly stable at speed. Primarily due to the long wheelbase of my size Large frame, it still corners on rails and feels planted when you let go of the brakes.

Was impressed, yet at the same time disappointed by the component spec. Just some weird things from GT. Dura Ace Ti road cassette ($200 bucks retail!) comes standard, yet they put a p.o.s. headset in (Pig dh pro)??? The carbon bar is a touchy item as well, not sure i'd trust this specific model for DH purposes. The Carbon seat mast is a non issue for me. It's sturdy! and very well built. High quality carbon with good lamination.

Excellent bike from a manufacturer not commonly known in the DH market. Looking forward to the full season with this baby!
