For you homos out there who think it is your duty to clutter up these review sites with your crap about the products guess what. It's not. You say it sucks compare it to a unicycle and dont give a single reason for why you made this judgement. Oh, and if you're reading this the bike is not the dissapointment to man kind: That's yourself you're thinking of.
Anywho, for all you non-freaks out there this is a great choice of bike. It handles like none other and is second to none over the rough stuff. Deep braking bumps are sorted out with the DW-link suspension which tends to stay active under braking and pedalling. it's a great choice for anyone who loves to ride down-hill trails, resorts, or races, and happens to have 6000 dollas hangin round.
I actually dont hate your guts tom, i just want you to understand that this is a site for opinions, not garbaging a good product without giving a reason. You could have had a bad experience with it. I understand. However, you could have told us what happened or what you didn't like about the bike. Instead you just mindlessly attack it. We will never get a strong knowledge base on websites like this to help consumers make smart choices if people who dont think about the negative consequences in their actions keep adding garbage like what you have done to this review. Please refrain from damaging things like this in the future, and i wish you good riding!

well its not similar but trek 6000, gt avalanche 1.0 with like the whole thing upgraded,a trek 4500, a teek 1500 road bike and thats about all i own including the iron horse
Bike Setup:
well it has the same fork, frame,stem, rims, spokes, hubs, tyres, inner tubes, rear shock, seat,seat post,pedals,cranks, chainring,rear deraliur,shifter, handlebar, grips, casette, chain, brake calipers, brake leavers, disc rotors as when i bought it so i guess that would make it stock
Bottom Line:
the lubrication on the chain was not up to standard so i wouldnt recomend it unless you can be botherd to do it properly

I just love it i can chase boys around and they can never get away!, its so fast wen i let the little boys run down the hills i can catch up to them and grab them! wooo!!

Weaknesses:
This is the worst made frame I have ever come across.(and i 'v been racing since 1991) nothing is in line no the rear end. the spacing on the pivots is out by a few mil, Don't buy this product. Iron horse should'nt be making bikes if this is the best they can do.

Bottom Line:
This bike does more than it claims. Yes it's a top of the line downhill racer. But this thing pedals uphill better than many freeride rigs! Can't say enough about the DW link. Tuning the suspension, especially the HIGH TECH fork, can be a handfull. But the payoff is riding to best DH bike around. Best bike I've owned.
um it was exensive so it must be good and it had good tires that had black knobs on them n the disc breaks r sharp i cut my finger off trying to work out how they work

i broke me the bike shop dude said "it is strong enough for riding off cliffs ...cough" so i tried it and i broke me. and u can not put trining wheels on it (casue i canrt balance on it)

it is a good bike it handles the gutters really well and it diddnt break when i stacked on a step in the shop it is good for riding on grass but yeah it broke me when i jumped off a cliff on to flat. it is a great bike it doesnt Break

Unbeatable build kit for the money, extremely active suspension, extremely stiff, low BB makes it corner like it's on rails
Weaknesses:
Paint chips easy, lower shock/pivot bolt
