from Karlshamn, blekinge,Sweden Date Reviewed: September 8, 2000 | | Favorite Trail: | The world | | Duration Product Used: | Less than 1 month | | Purchased At: | local dealer | | Strengths: | Amazing power, low maintainance, easy pad change. | | Weaknesses: | too strong.Have to fit a booster to save your frame. | | Similar Products Used: | V-brakes | | Bike Setup: | XT allround,LX front derailler,Mavic rims,DT Comp spokes | | Bottom Line: | They are top notch. They came with the bike and are very powerfull.I had thought of investing in discs but no longer need to.Of course,I'm not a mountain biker so I don't need so much power.I bought the bike which is setup for long distance travel so I could carry loads and not worry about brake problems.I know I've made the right choice. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
