    Favoriate Trail:anywhere fast!
    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $2600.00
    Strengths:Ride,reasuring handling,quite light,paint job,rare bought for £1300 for a 2007 model.much better in black!!

Weaknesses:Shock stuck down about 2 minutes into my first ride.was sent back to mojo in uk for warrenty and got a quick 2 day turn around, been fine since.crank a bit flimsy and needed loctiteing.stem a bit long, brakes pretty wooden.sheared tooth off cassette
    Similar Products Used:Orange 7+,Giant Glory
    Bike Setup:Marzzocchi 66 sl ata's.Hope 70mm stem,Funn fatboy bars,Thomsom layback post,sram PG990 cassette & PC991 chain,Middleburn 36T ring,Maxxis Highrollers supertacky
Bottom Line:I really am impressed with this bike. After the initial shock problem my first impressions were how flickable this bike was.I could move it around pretty much where i wanted to.Much of this was probably coming from the Glory to this. Not Having as much weight under me and not being able to plough through everything has made my rideing more fun and its probably getting the skill levels up aswell.
I did change the forks after a few rides though, not because they were poor but because i'm a bit of a bruiser and also wanted the adjustability of the 66's.Also changed the stem and quickened up the steering a bit.
I have not long got back from a long weekend in Scotland where we rode everything from the Ae forest to an uplift day at Innerleithen to the bike park in Glentress and the bike was fantastic for all of it.Great for a bit of uphill and amazing for the downs.I really think unless you are racing then 6 ish inches is more than enough for the UK.
Oh and if you manage to get it half price like me then all the better!!

    Strengths:Light frame, DW link, Forks,
Weaknesses:chain jumps sometimes, and it has weak Pedal arms (bend), not alot of travel for rock gardens
Similar Products Used:Iron horse Aniki, Iron horse sunday,
Bike Setup:stock exept NYC freeride stem
Bottom Line:Great bike exept for the pedal arms because they bend easily...... other than that this bike is great i can do the big stuff but i can pedal up hills and ride around the neighborhood. Awsome bike overall if you want a hill climber that can take the hits get this bike!!!

Favoriate Trail:Just about anything on the shore
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $1699.00
    Strengths:DW-Link - enough said.
But there is more the frame is very stiff with the 12 x 150 rear spacing, frame is pretty light, the paint on the
6.4 is very impressive (black with pearl - 2007 model). Clean and simple lines - very nice looking.
Weaknesses:Mine was the 6.4 so some of the components were a lower spec that what I like. Got the bike from 2007 close out for a good deal with expectation to upgrade right way, so not even a weakness.
    Similar Products Used:Nomad, 7 Point, VP-Free, Reign
Bike Setup:Stock 6.4, upgrades include Roco Air TST R, 66 RC2X, Juicy 7s, X-9 shifters, Stinger dual chain guide, Mavic 721's with Hadley hub.
Bottom Line:Wow, no reviews as yet, so I though I would add this even though I only have a couple of rides on the bike.

As mentioned above, got a good deal from RS Cycle on 2007 closeout. My intention was to transfer what I could from my current ride to the 6Point and then add as required. The bike is pretty much complete now and hope to get more rides in and get it dialled a little better as well.

The initial impression is excellent. With the DW-Link and the Roco Air on the back this bike at minimum equalls my Nomad (which had the coil on it) in terms of the ability to take bumps and overall ride. It also seems to have an advantage in the pedalling department, even with the TST R wide open. With TST set at firm, this totally moves out.

In terms of looks, the Nomad, which in my opinion is a very sweet bike, still takes a back seat to the lines of the 6 Point. The paint on the 2007 6.4 is equally amazing. You don't really notice how nice it is when looking at a picture, but if you see one in person you will understand.

Looking forward to getting some time on this ride and seeing what I can do on this wonderful machine.

I have built my bike up more toward freeride, but this bike looks to be able to handle everything from XC to FR and everything in between, it just depends on how you want to spec it out.
