Description:Enlightenment One After a year’s retirement we have brought back the Enlightenment but as you might expect, we have changed almost everything. Starting with a proprietary set of scandium tubes, we added the first carbon dual monostay rear end in mountain biking. This allows the rear to deflect slightly over bumps giving it the characteristic Firmtail ride that it will become known for.

The big news on this bike is two fold. First, it comes in 26” and 29” secondly the Magnesium dropouts are not just light, they are interchangeable so that each bike can be converted from a geared bike to a singlespeed. This is the case on both the 29 and 26. No published frame weights yet. These bikes will be in stores January 1st.
