Duration Product Used:
Less than 1 month
Price Paid:
$399.00
Purchased At:
LBS
Strengths:
34mm legs, lite, tracks well, quite compliant + good size range-mine are 445mm which is bang on for me.
Value is bang on too.
Weaknesses:
None thus far.
Similar Products Used:
Pace Carbon-both models including Ti version.
Vicious Cycles and Chris Kelly steel rigid forks
Bike Setup:
Cotic Soul, King, X0, XTR, Thomson, Hope Mini Mono
Bottom Line:
Great fork-light, strong, tracks well, quite compliant-had judder under hard braking with both Pace forks using the Mono brakes-no issue with these-find them quite stiff and as positive in steering as the Pace.
They definatly can take big hit and will flex just enough.
Can't fault the construction, nice deep lacquer over the legs-and if it matters they look great.
5 chillis for value because they smoke the DT (which is really a Pace with new decals for now) and 5 overall because I reckon its the best value/performing carbon rigid on the market.
