Overall trail and small 2-3ft drops, good for female rider or beginner

no adjustments, otherwise, no issues or complaints so far...

Bottom Line:
Came with bike, will most likely upgrade in near future, yet no complaints. Ride quality is smooth, rebound smooth. Have yet to bottom out, but not doing anything to big anyway.
