      FavoriteTrail: Fernie!
      Duration Product Used: 3 months
Strengths: Adjustability from 100mm-160mm. Good rebound control.
Weaknesses: Have trouble getting it into the 100mm position from 160mm after a big downhill.
Similar Products Tried: Manitou, Rockshox Reba
Bike Setup: Rocky Mountain Slayer SXC 70
Bottom Line: Great plush fork with adapability to all terrains. If you want an all-mountain fork than this is the one for you. Decent weight too.

Strengths: great fork super plush and the 90 degree adjustment makes it super easy to change travel great ramp up
Weaknesses: i actually snapped the rebound cartridge in 2 wasnt super stoked to have this happen but fox is always great about that kind of stuff and replaced it for free
Similar Products Tried: totem 2 step
Bike Setup: versus blitz 2 talas 36 chris kin hubs and headset mavic 729 formula oro bianco
Bottom Line: it rocks you can do everything on this fork you can go and climb the steepest trail and then go and hit the downhill trails not only that but its a great dj fork as well

      FavoriteTrail: National
      Duration Product Used: 3 months
      Purchased At: South Mountain Cycles
Strengths: This fork is really stiff and plush. Looks cool too! 90 degree travel adjust is awesome.
Weaknesses: Cost is high, but you tend to get what you pay for in my opinion. A quick release axle like the lyric and totem have would be great.
Similar Products Tried: Nothing too similar, but I had a manitou minute 1 before this and before that I had a really old marz. bomber.
Bike Setup: Santa Cruz heckler mostly raceface stuff and x0 parts. Hadley and king hubs with mavic 823 and 819 rims. 5th element rear shock for now.
Bottom Line: I love this fork. I bought it to make my bike better for the fast downhill sections and the small drops that I wanted to ride, but it even seems to have helped with my climbing. I love the 90 degree travel adjustment lever. Brilliant! I like the way the 36 mm stanchions look too.

      FavoriteTrail: miron
      Duration Product Used: 6 months
      Purchased At: single track
Strengths: light, strong, plush, nice and easy wind down with the new 3 position 100-130-160.
Weaknesses: the coating on the crown is lame- it just came off at the point of touch with the cables after a month or so
Similar Products Tried: boxxer race , drop- off triple
Bike Setup: GT RUCKUS 7 1-stock except the front fork and brakes
Bottom Line: well this is easy -this is , no dought, the nicest fork i could think of when riding an all mountain trail-you can use the 100 m"m and it works great , going down? open it in a second to 160 -works sweeettt.
all and all -im happy with the fork- love the service in israel -cant see what the heck the riders above are talking about-its all good!!!!

      FavoriteTrail: cowboy up, whole enchilada
      Duration Product Used: 3 months
      Price Paid: $460
      Purchased At: EP form
Strengths: Felt super smooth for the first few rides, extremely stiff and responsive, very plush at high speed small bump chatter
Weaknesses: not exactly sure if it came broken and I did not notice at first but after one hard day in moab it has a serious topping out problem. very loud "ping" noise when riding in seated position and as soon as I leave the ground for a drop. Also feels to a little to soft in the final part of its travel. dumps a little too easy
Similar Products Tried: nixon. worked solid for 2 seasons. rode it real hard, took 6 foot drops with ease, but deffinetly not the same overall plush ride.
Bike Setup: giant ac2 w/ dhx air 5,fox 36r,juicy sevens, full xt, e-13 dual ring chainguide(works awesome), rhynolite rims, thomson post
Bottom Line: sending the fork in because all the ones ive ridden that work well feel so good. But does suck that after a few decent rides and one hard ride that I have to send it back. Can't wait to feel what this fork was intended to ride like.

      Duration Product Used: 6 months
      Price Paid: $800
      Purchased At: speedgoat
Strengths: Plush travel, Stiff, improvement in travel adjustments
Weaknesses: The through axle's hex nut is easy to round off when trying to take it out . way too small a hole and the metal is too soft
Similar Products Tried: 2004 fox talas
Bike Setup: Ellsworth Moment with Dhx coil. Mavic 823s Hope Pro II hubs , juicy 7 , thomsons , CK steel , blah blah blah
Bottom Line: It's a pretty good fork for riding aggressive. But rounding up the hex hole of the through axle pissed me off . I am happy with my purchase though . Speedgoat threw in a Chris King Headset , what a good deal ! added 30 bucks and they upgraded me to a steel version . With the 36 it Makes my bike feel like its really bomb proof.
