Strengths:
Solid and stiff. Very progressive dampening with huge range on adjusters. No need for two step Lyric if bike built for 6 inches. This ones cheaper and lighter. No leaks and very low pressures in air chamber.
Weaknesses:
none, it even has post mount brakes now.

Bike Setup:
Intense 6.6, king hubs, mavic 823, XTR with saint brakes.
Bottom Line:
Perfect for a 6 inch heavy duty trail bike. Floodgate only good for road climbs, but good if you forget as it will blow through. Set up very fast (give it a few runs then pump the pressure up 15 odd psi) adjustments have huge range like marz forks. very stiff, light enough to still flick around, heaps of mud clearance, and maxle axle so easy and now you can put the lever in any position

Bike Setup:
Lyrik fork on a SC Nomad
Bottom Line:
This fork is great, tracks well, stiff,strong, not to heavy. After I took the time to set it up I loved it. If you are going up something steep I found it climbs better to keep the fork active. When the MotionControl is on the fork wants to deflect up off of rocks. The dual air would not have this problem. Other than that it is great, money well spent as far as I am concerned.
