$350.00 | | Purchased At: | Solonbicycle.com | | Strengths: | Superior light weight, quality components at an affordable price for an entry level mini. | | Weaknesses: | Cheap Freewheel and chain. | | Similar Products Used: | Powerlite mini | | Bike Setup: | For a 5 yr old. | | Bottom Line: | This little mini has great wheels. Sun M13II outers and it has hollow chromoly axles, sealed bearings, and a radial laced front wheel. It has a sweet sealed aheadset. The stem is very similar to a Crupi. The pedals could be upgraded, but for the price, they'll do nicely. Chromoly fork, with a fantastic quality aluminum frame. Comfortable grips and a nice linear pull brake. Motorcycle style chain tensioners! 3D dropouts. Fused plastic seat, to an aluminum post. Much like the old school "Uni" seats. Truly a wonderful complete bicycle, for the aspiring young racer. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
