Moderator Profile - Trevor!

About Trevor McKenna (aka: Trevor!)I was born in Dublin, Ireland and moved to Australia in the mid to late 80's. I currently live in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, and am currently studying Commerce, majoring in Corporate accountability and E-Commerce.
I have always ridden a bike, but only in the last 12 months have I sat up and really taken it more seriously. I have become very passionate about Mountain biking, and spend at least 10-12 hours on the bike a week. It seems in the past few months that my technical skills have improved vastly and I look forward to finding new and challenging technical terrain. I would classify myself as an Agressive XC rider. Will be doing a few multi day enduro races in a few months time that will cover some of the sweetest - almost untouched terrain in the world.
I currently own a Giant NRS - which is forever having something new added to it. I have intentions to build up a more serious rig(Turner, Ellsworth, or Santa Cruz) that can take a hammering in the next few months...
I am currently a full time student, and am hoping to find a job in the biking industry. In the future I hope to import some of the more unknown bike brands into Australia and run my own 'online' LBS.
Hobbies: Spending as much time on the bike around all the cool trails Australia has to offer, Athletics and computers (Sorta..Does MTBR count?). Oh and umm I used to play drums... I think I fancied myself as a Rock Star!
Looking foward to making my way over to the US for a few of the MTBR gatherings(AZSF!) and also popping over to Canada to check out all the awesome riding......
