Strength:

Best upgrade one can make to their bike is the wheelset. Super light, shaved 2lbs. off my bike.

Weakness:

Based on the MV32C from Reynolds, it's basically a road rim on the 29er platform. That said, you can run up to 29x2.1 and the tire still has great patch contact with the dirt. I've tested these up to 2.35.

If you can find these below the near $2000 retail, their value goes up exponentially. Deep dish carbon rims not only look the business, they handle way better than any aluminum equivalent. These are as light as the Stan's CREST rims, but stiffer, stronger, and better able to handle rough stuff than the Stan's Flow. If you're looking for a WIDE rim, you won't get that in the Topo C. But after reviews came back from the Derby, Blunt 35, Syntace W35, and equally wide rims of the current fad/trend, the wide footprint wasn't that valuable after all.

Strength:

Ride quality, Looks cool ;-) good weight mine came in at 1380 grams for the set

Weakness:

Needs a tubeless bead lock

Good value! The ride fast, hubs are very nice as are the spokes. Takes work to get them tubules. Set mine up with high volume Race King Supper Sonics 2.2. I would defiantly buy them again -- I do here the weight can vary between wheel sets. For Carbon wheels these are a great value. You'll need to call Stans and get a 44mm presta conversion kit with removable stem if you hope to have success with minimum effort running theses tubeless. These would get a 5 out 5 if they were tubeless ready or had a bead shoulder
