Continental Digga UST Tubeless Tire

Available At:
Digga UST

The sharp-edged Gravity Arc lugs deliver sure-footed stability whether railing high-speed turns or under heavy braking. Featuring a specially reinforced casing, the big volume Digga swallows roots, rocks and ruts with ease. What you can't see from the outside are the ingredients of the tread compound. Their chemists have mixed up a very special recipe that is sure to please. Typical soft compound MTB treads usually lack tenacity, and struggle with cuts and shedding knobs.

Strength:

This tire is worth every dollar. It is very forgiving when you are about to make the wrong turn. It also stick to the trail like it's glue. The idea of having a 2.5 tire that actually has a reasonable weight is amazing. If you haven't swithc to tubeless, you're missing out. But if you haven't switch to 2.5 Digga, you're not enjoying your ride as much as you will when you make the switch.

Weakness:

A little lighter would be perfection.

In my opinion, there is nothing better than Continental tires, but this Digga makes a great cross-country tire too.

Strength:

traction predictability, and overall traction

Weakness:

price (if you pay msrp of $140)

Best multipurpose DH FR tire i've found so far. More overall traction than any tire I've tried. When it does give up into a drift...it's predictable, and stable. I have had several impromptu front and rear tire drifts without fear since putting these on. I can't say that about any other tire. When you start to slide, it feels like it's trying to re-engage, instead of slide out. Glad I ordered um. Value rating would DEFINETLY go down if I hadn't purchased on sale. $140 per tire is rediculous. Even though this is THE best tire i've had.
