Intense 2.25 DH Mud Tire

The answer for muddy and wet grass conditions. Reminiscent of a motocross front tire mixed with a spiky-hair punk rocker.

  • Tall, spiky, rounded, moto-inspired design
  • Aggressive side knobs provide exceptional cornering
  • 18-32 wide range PSI
  • SR 50, 60 and 70 durometer choices

    Strength:

Awesome hook-up in real glop. Mashed the pedals, reefed on the brakes, no give and they tracked unbelievably well. Pretty good traction on wet roots and rocks too.

    Weakness:

No transition knobs! Muddy-clay ruts were impossible!

Great tire for a really soupy, gloppy day, but if you're facing mixed conditions, look elsewhere.

    Strength:

Stiff side walls, excellent grip, can run very soft

    Weakness:

    Price, getting onto rim

These tires work, tried them in very dry conditions and in damp forest trails, no complaints.
