Well, I have that Rim as my rear on my dirt jumper, it's been through many things. Some really bad crashes, where I ended up Missing landings and braking teeth, but that rear rim been holding there tight. Not even bent after using and abusing it for 2 years :]

Strength:

for mtx39 indestructable so far, look awesome, huge width

Weakness:

large size means they are quite heavy but on downhill its not that noticeable, tyres are near impossible to get on/off

Great rims, love the size and white colour, super strong first thing i did was a 3-4ft drop and they performed superbly, size inspires confidence in strength
you may need to buy wider tyres as the width of the rim decreases the curvature of the tyre so grip isn't as far around, also tyres are a real b*tch to put on/take off so hope you don't get a puncture, but this also means they won't come off when riding
only problem is the weight but it's not too bad considering all the benefits you get

good buy for downhill, freeride, all mountain

I have this rim's on my Stinky for the last year.
I have had a lot of close encounter's with rock's three's and any other possible thing you can think about. But the rims are still intact. There's just a few scratches, and that's all.
Best buy ever, i recomend them.

Strength:

strong, lightish and look sweet.

Weakness:

none, there tops

they are overkill for djing. but they will last a life time. im in the process of buying some more chrome 1's cus they are just mint. ignore the lower rating as they had the rims stock so they weren't built properly.

If you want a rim as strong as a Doubletrack without all that weight, this is what you need.

Strength:

Very durable product, not even the slightest warp.

Weakness:

Nothing that i can think of, the only thing i dont like about it is the hell of trying to get the valve stem through it when i put on the new tire and tube.

Definately a recommended product, VERY durable, has held up to everything ive done, i weigh about 165lbs. I would be amazed if you could destroy one of these rims. It's a light product, can be used for any type of riding, ive seen it used for dh, ive used it a bit for x-country, dj, street, etc.

Similar Products Used: Nothing, only other rims used were Sunrims zx-25 and Sunrims Hillrod, stock on my new, and old bigfoot

Strength:

really strong. have not had a serious buckel as of yet probably only 2mm out of true line. i have learnt 180's and 360's on these rims and i have had many cases where i land side on with alot of pressure on them.

Weakness:

price but well worth it

buy this product if you have the money it is well worth it. you dont have to wast time fixing big buckels.
this rim is good for downhill to dj and everywhere in between
