Strength:

Easy to service

Weakness:

Poor bearings, poor freehub

Poor bearings, developed play after 2 months at rear(extreme play). Replaced and lasted a little longer, now part of a routine service. Front is going strong after 18 months.

Freehub materials are terrible, cassette has eaten into guides and makes it very hard to remove (hub extractor required which bends cassette). Not like shimanos offerings where the cassette will just slip off easily. The freehub should have a higer grade of material than the cassette.

Strength:

strong, light, look nice.

Weakness:

develops side-to-side play

Developed side-to-side play after 2 months. I've never had this on any of my rims before. There are no cones to tighten, just press-fit bearings, and a quick-release clamp. I clamp that sucker down as tight as I can, and the play is still there. I called WTB, and they promptly sent me a new set of bearings, which I installed. The play went away for a month, and then returned. Now I'm shopping for a new hub. VERY disappointed.
