    Strength:

    Light weight, durable

    Weakness:

no quick change cog arraingement like Chris King or Stealth hubs, but I'm not complaining too much

I have two wheelsets using these hubs (one 28H set w/ Ti spokes and one 32H set w/ DT Revolution spokes). Both have performed beautifully. I bought my first set used (28H) and have only recently had to replace the rim (spokes pulling through after many years of hard riding) and the hubs are still smooth. The previous owner complained of bearing binding problems and replaced the axles/bearings to try to alieviate the problem. I've never had any issues with them, so when I wanted an extra wheelset for 24 hr racing last year, I built up a new set of Spot hubs and have been equally as pleased.

    Strength:

Light weight and very easy to service. The biggest moron can adjust them.

    Weakness:

    Not a sinle one.

This is hands down the best ss hub money can buy. There are other companies out ther, Paul and Surly, who make good hubs but the quality and workmanship in these is something to marvel at. They come apart easier than any hub I have ever worked on. Sealed cartridge bearings make it even more hassel free. If you are looking for a good hub, this is it.

    Strength:

    Just Plain Solid, Fairly Light

    Weakness:

    None

Been using this hub for the past 7 years now and I have not appreciated its being tough and loyal. Hub came with the bike, Kona Kaboom, and this is the only original part remaining that still works. I recently laced it with my old Sun 0 Degree XC rim with DT spokes. Hub has been tested through different rocky trails here in the East Coast and long road ride during its first 3 years. Bottom line is...this hub is tough, silky smooth, and worry free light and simple.
