Strength:

Big casing, accurate to the size listed (4.5") on the sidewall
Traction in dirt
Available in lightweight (but only in the smaller 4.0") version

Weakness:

The bigger tire does is not particularly fast-rolling and is not particularly lightweight (~1200g)

KENDA JUGGERNAUT PRO 4.5"
This is a good tire in various conditions. It's nice and big (the 4.5, not the 4.0 which side-by-side looks wimpy compared to the 4.5) and offers good performance, especially for the relatively low price. Untested in winter, so I can't provide any feedback there. Not an ultra-light tire @ 1200 g or so, but it is a fair weight for it's size. Get the 4.0 Pro if you want light, but smaller but you'll likely sacrifice a little traction and have more frequent pedal strikes.
