Strength:

adjustable, price compared to competition. Doesn't feel as plush as a fox when sitting on bike but works very well when ridden hard - forget it is there.

Weakness:

reliability. Seized up after a few months' reasonable use (on 09 model bike). However, when taken to local bike shop (FTR) they helped with warranty claim and Monza (importer in oz) replaced with a new 5.1 within days for 15 bucks. 5.1 has worked fine for 9 odd months - 'set and forget' as reviews on mtbr for 5.1 say. Have heard of other riders with same problem re 4.1.

good when it works but would avoid and buy vivid 5.1 (very good value) or (more likely because of reliability) fox or Elka if had the choice
