Strength:

Keeps me motivated, Not too short, Not too long.

Weakness:

Not as tough as I thought, it was rated a 9 out of 10 in regards to difficulty, but I would give it a 6-7.
A bit pricey.

Bottom line: Great workout, I will buy more of the tapes, and I don't regret buying it. It would be cool if you could rent this tapes before buying them at a video store, I haven't found any stores that rent them yet.

Strength:

I don't know how good of shape that guy is that wrote a report on this before me but I had a difficult time with this one. Alot of out of the saddle sprinting. Be prepared to have your heart pegged and I mean pegged for about 20 minutes. This is one hell of a workout! You get out what you put in!

Weakness:

May cause death.

Your going to be wondering how many minutes I am in front of you. Or are you?
