Strength:

This simple frontfork is mounted to simple and cheap atb'/mtb's. DO NOT expect any high end specifications and results. Having said that, I used it for cycling on dirt roads and non technical single tracks from my house to my work v.v. and for that purpose it is excellent

Weakness:

Only 5 cm (2" for old fashioned people) of spring movement

The frontfork is good enough for the job I used it for. Do you want to do some real mountainbiking? Save up at least 5 times as much as this frontfork costs. The price for the bike was 485 dutch guilders in the sale

Strength:

bang for the buck

Weakness:

flex, non-adj., top caps

The flex on this fork is unbelievable. Don't use this fork for anything super technical. Take my word for it. Other wise a nice ride. Replace your elastomers and springs after 6-10 months, and you'll be fine.

Strength:

none

Weakness:

Well, where should I begin. It's too heavy for the size, too soft, weak, not enough travel, bottoms out too easy, caps pop off, works worse when it is wet, gets an annoying squeaky noise after you ride it for about 6 hours, needs to be oiled constantly.

This fork came stock on my bike and there is no doubt that the first thing i am going Upgrade is a new fork. I tried to jump with it but its like not even having suspension at all because it bottoms out too easily. Im suprised I didn't break it yet. This fork deserves 1 Flamin' Chili

This is a great shock for all you weekend warriors. It offers 2.5 inches of really nice travel(not too stiff, not too plush), and is really inexpensive. It's strictly a sport shock though, and I don't recomend it for downhill riders. It's great for not so serious cross country, but it's not much of a racing shock, although it's still better than any duotrack shit. All in all, I give this shock a 5 star rating, because it's so durable, light, and fun!
