Strength:

STIFF, price......

Weakness:

had to get a new headset so it would fit....my fault, i measured wrong...
don't like the boot

i suggest that everybody out there buy this fork...if you're not an obsessive XC racer and are interested in making riding fun. ( and yes, i will be racing XC with this fork) this is replacin a judy XC long travel. can't believe the difference. you feel invincible with this fork. just the other day i hit 42 mph going down some stairs!! i'd like to see a comperable fork that gives you that kind of confidence! bottom line...it rocks...

I have had these forks for over a year and they are truly the worst budget fork out on the market. The only reason i got them was because i was trying to save money. But this time i know that i need the reel thing so i am investing in some BoXXer's and i suggest you do the same if your seriouse about downhilling

Well i just got mine(from supergo of course). And i must say that this fork kicks butt! It is relatively light, super stiff, and the action is #1.(for $280 i couldnt pass it up!) I also like the fact that it is the later-98 model(it has more machining than the early one) Looks and feels way more stronger/high tech than the Judy XL.

Billiant! BRILIANT!
Ek se my bra this fork seemed a bit stiff and in active at first, but once run in, it seemed more at home on my bike than bombers did. It is stlffer than bombers( which is good), and was more adjustable. Once the correct setting was found, they moved better thruogh the stroke, and were more proggresive towards the end of stroke. You can Klap lots of KAK thingfs stukkend with these babies, and not loose confidence.Yerajong ek se, i shmake it stukkend!!

Strength:

Great feel on high speed, the fork is nice and stiff. Quality of damping is very good for XC, not for doing hard core wicked things.

Weakness:

Cheesy preload adjuster, the thread broke pretty quickly. The fork bottoms out.

Good fork overall, perfect for XC and all around riging, but don`t even think about taking this fork to do hard core downhill, it would help, but you`ll still feel your brain shaking and telling you, I should have bought something that has at least 6 of travel.

Strength:

their stiff, and they hold op for my abuse, easy to service

Weakness:

the short steering angle

their work good, you can feel the damping work, but not so smooth as marzocchi, they do bottom out on big jumps but you do not feel that really, just two weeks ago I had the outerpart replaced because there was a tear in the brake arch, and that cost me just $ 70 and they even serviced the fork for that, so I can abuse i again.... and even because of the short steering angle I will give 5 chillies because you do not notice that in FR or DH

It might not be as plush as a bomber, but it's a great fork. Tons of gushy travel, but it still feels like it's pretty efficient.
