Very stiff for an inverted fork, but its still an inverted fork. Two way compression dampening works great, the air cap allows the fork to take 15+ foot drops, yet be supple enought for dh racing by adding air. The rebound adjustments are a bit touchy, but with a little tome the proper setting can be found. Im 210 with gear, the fork has stock springs, with 130psi in the chamber, i can drop 10 footers with confidence, white brothers has a heavy ride kit option for the fork that i may get when i start to go biger, it is susposed to make the fork more progresive, with out losing feel by cranking down on the compression dampner.

I have the 8" version, love it, i hear the travel can be reduced to 7" internally, may try it for trail riding.

The fork is super plush and looks pretty danm good too
