Strength:

nothings strong on this bike really because i snapped the frame some how and all the bearings are loose and died on me

Weakness:

mostly everything apart from the rims which arent buckled at all

the bike was overall pretty weak and the makers of the bike should test it more and put more effort into it and get some sealed bearings

Strength:

I love this bike. Its Amazing. I have had it for 5 years now and i love everything about it. its got a really good frame, built well. the rims are good sized to.

Weakness:

the only problem i ever had is the 4 flat tires a month. but thats not the bike. also i stripped the barrings in the front and back wheel so i fixed it myself. it took like 2 months.

This bike is amazing.

Strength:

I have the 2004 version, but the concepts should be the same...

Very good bike. strong frame, will last through anything. I really like the big rims on the tires, will not bend when hopping and will take a lot of abuse at 85p.s.i. in the tires. Gyro brakes are really nice. will pull wheelies well and is really good for flatland.

Weakness:

The brakes don't stop immediately, but I don't mind that. DO NOT TAKE THE BIKE APART unless you are HIGHLY skilled at what you are doing. I know my way around some bikes but I still screwed up the bearings and now it's a $100 job to repair. I went to a bike shop to see about a new freewheel (because the stock one is cheap and doesn't spin well under chain pressure) and he looked at it but couldn't do anything about it right then. so I rode it home and realized that the rear wheel was loose, so I tightened it up. I rode it again and the bearings were making a horrible rubbing and grinding sound. I took it all apart and re-greased the bearings... but that didn't help, and then the whole wheel locked up. I took it to the bike shop where I bought it from and he took a look at it and said that the bearings carved into the axle and hub, so he replaced my axle and bearings but it still makes the horrible grinding sound. so now (hopefully today) I will get my bike in for a new wheel ($80). and that should be the end of that. I also bought a new front sprocket and regreased the bearings, and now it's making slight grinding sounds so I haven't ridden it since as to not damage it. Before I did a full re-grease job on my friends cheap Hyperbike, and it works beautifully, but it doesn't work on the expensive ones. so just don't fix it yourself unless you REALLY KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!

It's a very good bike, built perfect at stock. just watch out when you start messing around and replacing stuff with the mechanism. leave it to the professionnals when something goes wrong!

Strength:

I bought this bike second hand and it still is amazing... I love the handlebars and the crank. The peg set up is awsome. and it is very light.

Weakness:

The real weaknesses on this bike are the grips (very soft)and the brakes aren't that great.

The bottom line is that it is a great bike for beginners and higher, because it is so light. I highly reccomend a performer when purchasing a bike.
