Strength:

Superlight, climbs like a hardtail on uphill technical and even tarmac, REALLY flies on downhill and flat( off-road and on-road) very nimble, a hardtail but with rear sus!!!

Weakness:

Leaky negative chamber on rear S.I.D shock,
feels a little dead on very smooth fire road climbs only!?!?
no disk hubs! Ritchey brakes are USELESS!!!!!!!!(which is why the '03 models have a fox lockout rear shock and Avid brakes!!) VERY expensive!!!

The best full sus XC bike around, can do very long trails beautiful too!! Looks great, works very VERY well, has changed this Hardtail lover into a full sus lover( and I won't go back!!) I also won the Sports National Points Series on this bike, after coming in the top 5 for the last couple of years on my Hardtail!!!
4 Flamin' Chills for the rear shock, non disk hubs, and CRAP ritchey brakes, very high price
5 +++++++ Flamin'Chills for the rest of an awesome full sus XC Bike ( not that badly speced )

Dont use it for downhill racing, just XC.
