Strength:

heavy duty shorts , closure system is awesome you have a heavy duty zipper and snap plus each side has an adjustable velco strap to custom fit to your waste the grey shorts come with a small zippered pocket at the tail just below the small of your back , I think the others are on the leg .

Weakness:

kinda pricey but they are the last shorts youll buy .If you can afford it geta couple different colors and you set

the other reviews on these shorts are old so with the new design these shorts are awesome and make you look like you belong wherever your at ..lol.

CrzyMD   Cross Country Rider [Aug 27, 2011]
Strength:

Heavy duty material! Same as used in motocross pants. Doubt you could tear it. Hook and loop waist adjustment.

Weakness:

Heavy, stiff. No vents. Poor pockets.

If you do DH, this is your pants (but you need to wear an inner pant, even though these are lined). For X country, too heavy, no vents, poor pockets. Needs a ratcheted belt/closure. Very durable, would probably outlive you!

See my review of the TLD Ace shorts for comparisons of Ace/Moto/Sprint/Skyline.

Strength:

Durable fabric, cool designs, lightweight, vent well, drop a little below the knee. Its TLD so its going to be a great product. Adjustable belt to fit a lot of sizes.

Weakness:

Slightly uncomfortable if you dont wear and liner, i just wear some basketball shorts or something underthem, but it isnt bad to just wear boxers.

Great product, maybe a little pricey, but its hard to find good cheap shorts.

Similar Products Used: Just regular shorts and jeans which tear and rip.

Strength:

Great shorts, good mobility ripstop fabric is a +

Weakness:

no inner liner + big stair gap = gonads mashed between leg and seat.

buy a separate pair of padded tight shorts to wear, and they're awesome. Or don't rack yourself on the seat.
