Strength:

-Vibration absorption
-Excellent cushioning for long distance riding
-Reasonably priced for quality compared to similar offerings
-Great appearance and color options that coordinate with Cannondale bicycles

Weakness:

-Tighter than average fit
-Do not breath as well as other gloves

Overall, these are phenomenal gloves. I would definitely recommend them for long distance riding. When looking at the packaging, I assumed the "SAVE PLUS anti-vibration technology" was a gimmick. The padding initially appeared to be inappropriate places. Fortunately I decided to give them a try and bought them anyways. They ended up being great and the padding was just where it was need. Gloves were overall very comfortable and light. Only complaint is the palms breathe very well. One issue that others need to be concerned with is the sizing. I typically wear small size gloves and utilize small Pearl Izumi for cycling usually. I had to buy a large in these gloves and the fingers are a little longer than I normally like. Despite these very minor issues, I love these gloves and will be switching from my Pearl's to these.
