Pros: I've had these pads since they came out. I only use them for the bike park. They have never felt right and are constantly slipping down. Last time I went to the bike part the first couple runs they fell off my elbows and down my arms. I ended up taking them off and running without elbow pads.
Cons: -don't stay put -don't flex with the elbow -expensive -poor ergonomics
