Strength:
The looks, the grip, price (really cheap for a good CNC pedal on ball bearings)
Weakness:
none so far Good reliable pedals, great grip, cheap, I've only lost one pin so far but it's quite easy to replace them. Similar Products Used: Shimano DX, Wellgo Magnesium, GT Flat |

Weakness:
none so far I'm new to mt. biking and don't have a lot of experience with many components, hoewever, these are quality pedals that look good and inspire confidence, are reasonably priced and take a beating without a problem. Similar Products Used: WTB, Tioga |

This review is for the Mountain X the big brother to the xtension. They give you a large solid platform to place your foot. They give you good footing climbing and descending. The fact that the make you work harder than clipless or pedals with clips is a plus in my opinion..you get a better workout
Weakness:
None They've taken rock hits without even scratching, They spin well, They look sweeeeet. If you buy them you will like them. I believe they will do a great job for XC, FR and DH. |

Strength:
Rock solid, cool looks, excellent grip, DURABILITY
Weakness:
Lost a few pins in the beginning, then made a trip to the hardware store and got a bag of longer pins (4 bucks) and cranked 'em all the way down. Haven't lost a single one since. Longer pins make 'em grip like hell anyway. I'm about 200 lbs, hardcore freerider and I've got two seasons of DH, FR, trails and urban on these things and they still feel like new. I've cased jumps and harsh drops that I thought would bend the axle for sure but they're perfectly straight, still spin smooth and silent and have no play what so ever. Not to mention a good rinse with the garden hose and they still look sweet. Similar Products Used: A-Frames, Aircorps, ZuZu's |

Strength:
Grips well, Large platform, affordable quality, takes a beating, stylish/unique look, 470 grams.
Weakness:
Will tear up shoes. And give you some bad pedal bite. You might end up taking some mud home. These pedals will not let go. They keep your feet exactly where you placed them. They will tear up soft rubber shoes. But not drasticly. And if you ever slip your pedal be careful, as they will leave a nasty claw mark. Strength:
great working pedal with sealed bearings and replasable pins that wont set you back on your funds.
Weakness:
none get this pedals if you ride, because the are light, look good and work good. Get some ship guards because if you catch one of this pedals with your shin it will hurt. |
