Strength:

bigger platform that is easy to find and get on when foot slips off during technical sections.

Weakness:

hard to clip into. sharp studs on platform are too sticky to allow your shoe to move around to get into the clips.

don't buy them. I've tried clipless pedals since they came out in the 80's, these are at the bottom of the pile. they were a source of frustration out on the trail, so I decided to dump them, and switched to my version 1 Ritcheys. I really wanted them to work out for me, have been looking for a good platform pedal, but just not executed well.
