Helmetless   Weekend Warrior [Dec 26, 2011]
Strength:

Undestructible, almost as smooth as the Shimano XT, really rocky solid in technical courses, responsive shifting, light and drop dead gorgeous

Weakness:

lever actuation ratio of Shimano is a headache when you want the perfect blend of smooth and fast shifting. You can have both but never at 10 out of 10. That is the only thing I can tell SRAM is better than Shimano.

great rear derailleur, maybe the best in the world if well adjusted. I am running mine with XTR shifters and the blending of that works awesome.
