Strength:

extremely light! and pretty dang stiff too. excellent finish, anodizing is strong and vibrant(mine are red), very smooth and clean lines and polished surface. i've put 5k miles on em with only the tiniest of scratching and anodizing wear on the edges of arms. the white painted graphics which are overkill for my tastes started rubbing off after 1k miles so i took off the rest with some turpentine and a little elbow grease. looks much, much better now. excellent design with low profile and little heal rub. ceramic bearing bb spins fast and soooo smooth! outer ring is cnc 7075t6, inner two are stamped, also 7075. shift pins and ramps work well, though mine are now only 1x8 setup. outer bolts matching color 7075, inner bolts are very nice titanium. all parts have excellent fit and construction.not sure why others had trouble installing these cranks and BB, as it was the easiest system ive ever wrenched on(and those are many). the only thing mildly difficult was installing pedals because your threading into separate reversible inserts. the inserts are a very nice idea and are well executed, i only use 175mm so far, but its nice to have the option of 170mm arms. i was afraid they might creak, but possibly thanks to liberal ti prep and exact tolerance machining not a sound no matter what. these are way better than any others at this price point!

Weakness:

-would have liked to see 172.5 adapters included, ya gotta buy those separately if ya want them and i kinda do.
-the Q factor is a bit on the wide side, i've got fat chainstays and still they have plenty of clearance, but that is not necessary a bad thing...

hugely overlooked these are a steal!!! amazing performance flawless constuction, excellent design, beautiful lasting looks, reliability and durability. ive got 5k miles in wet muddy PNW weather and have yet to sevice bb, they are just now broken in. weighs less than top-o-line XTR for le$$. i'm 5'11" and 175lb and these fit me and my fast cross country riding very well. a bigger rider in the 200's or allride/downhill riders would probably want a heavier duty option for less flex and peace of mind.

Strength:

Ultra light! Way cheaper than XTR or X-0 cranks.

Weakness:

Impossibly hard to install. Need a really experienced mechanic to do it. Included bottom bracket is very fast rolling with very little resistance but the bearings must be replaced every 6 months. No big deal.

Best deal assuming you use them for XC and XC only not heavy duty stuff. Really hard to install correctly due to the short spindle. Find the right mechanic to install and off you go.

Strength:

Weigth, strenght, easy installation. Great performance, not flex, ceramic bearing

Weakness:

Decorative paint (not anozitation base) peels off easy.

This crank is highly recommendable. It's easy to install, shimano compatible. The ALS is a great feature allowing user to chose between differents crank lenght.

I was told that in MTB is better to use longer crank arms than in road bike... totaly false! I run 175mm MTB for years and at the same time using 170mm on my road bike (i'm 1,71m tall). I chose Aerozine because of weight and if my 170mm test went bad I could switch the insert to get 175mm again or get the 172.5mm insert (not included). After a month, I can tell you that nothing is more confortable than same crank arm lenght and same saddle on both bikes!

On the track, works great in all conditions, chain shifts smoothly. The anodization is good, very resistant to scuffs and scratch. Very happy with this. No noise, creacks or squeaks.

The only downside is the cosmetic paint that peels off easily.

Strength:

Terrific performance and light weight

Weakness:

Hard for installation. Not every mechanic can properly install it and the paint is easy to peel off

Help me to reduce the bike weight without having to spend as much amount as to get an XTR. With its weight it can be considered as a durable products. I have used it for real downhill several time and no complain nor crack at all
