Sunline V-One Carbon Handlebar

Sunline V-One Carbon Handlebar

DESCRIPTION

Sunline V-One Carbon bars are constructed of a lightweight 3k carbon weave and are perfect for your lightweight XC or Trail bike. A 685mm (27") width is great for trail bikes, and the low 19mm rise helps keep your front end low if you're running a longer travel fork. Reinforced and textured clamping area adds both strength and dependability.

Strength:

Looks bling

Weakness:

None so far.I heard about a recall for these bars in the UK on STR.

Been using these for over a year & no problema. The clear coat is kinda chipped but no issues. They add extra dampening DH but I'm more AM rider that does small jumps & drops.Hopefully they don't break.

Strength:

Looks good and has a good rise and sweep.

Weakness:

Not round on the brake perch and grip area

The bar cracked under the brake perch and when measured with digital calipers the clamping area varied between 22.1 and 22.7mm. The bar was replaced under warranty. I can't say I will buy another, but it was great till it broke.

Strength:

nice rise, sweep and cost

Weakness:

25.4 clamp

As light as bars that cost twice as much and there is almost zero difference in performance or durability. My riding friend refered to them as my "no name" handle bars. Whos the smart one for paying $139 for the Easton name?

Strength:

Very light, feel great, look great.

Weakness:

None.

I cut these down 1/4 inch or more on each end for XC race cuz I was whangin em on stuff, but otherwise these suckers are perfect. I've got the Sunline thin Logo Lock-On Grips on them and they're a perfect combo. Carbon compliance really helps with the beating my hands take on long rides.

Light/Perfect sweep and rise

Put these on my XC/Trail bike. The sweep and rise feels perfect, and I couldnt be happier with these bars. I run the V ones on my DH bike as well, and they have a similar feel.

I don't know what else you would want. It's light, has a solid, wide feel and deals well with my 120mm travel fork. Perfect

Strength:

Light AND strong

Weakness:

um, none yet

Light bar. Very comfortable. Good bend, nice low rise. So far so good. Run them on Super D type courses, and some light DH. One hard crash, still intact. So far so good.

Strength:

look really clean, nice and wide, low rise, strong

Weakness:

none

The sunline V-one carbon bars have a low rise at 19mm and come stock at 27 inches wide. where i used to ride down hill and free ride these bars fell really nice at there stock width and have a very aggressive feel to them, they are recommended as a all mountain bar but they came in lighter then my former fsa bars that i was running. Also the Sunline bars have a very clean look to them and they have incorporated some what of a gusset in the bends on the bars by making them oval them there.
